For the month of December I’ve taken on AtlantaMomOfThree’s Health and Fitness Challenge. She challenged us to set an exercise goal for the month and to report how we did on Mondays.
My puny goal: Exercise 15 minutes, 3 times a week. (Not so puny though, but VERY DIFFICULT.)
How did I do this week?
- 15 minutes of walking during my break at work.
- 15 minutes of walking during my break at work
- Um, I’m sorry to confess, that’s was all I did this week.
I was slacker this week, and that showed on the scales. I’m up 2 pounds after all those Christmas socials.
Well this week, I’m going to be mindful of la resistance in my life to work out. I’m going to grab the girls and take them for a stroll outside.
Happy Exercising!

well 15 minutes twice a week is better than nothing! Good for you for getting out there. Enjoy your stroll with the girls this week. My son loved strolls when he was younger. Now that he prefers to run around, chasing him burns plenty of calories!
Ha, too funny! Thanks for the encouragement. Hold me accountable. 🙂
Enjoy your strolls this week!
Thanks! Gonna try a video too!
I think it’s great that you walk during your breaks at work. Give yourself some grace and you will be back on track in no time! 🙂
